Mel’s Kitchen Café Scone recipe . I use Mel’s recipe minus the cinnamon chips. I make 1/3 recipe for 4 mini-scones. Fillings, I eyeball and I’ve used fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts as well as savory scones with sausage or bacon and greens, etc.
