A video … from Spring
Summer is winding down (mostly) … almost Autumn and here is a video from early June.
My excuses:
- video editing learning curve has been steep
- experimenting with different kind of shots
- my slow internet until I bought the new router
- life :)
I have all sorts of ideas for videos and things to learn but it takes a LOT of time. AND since much of it happens on the computer and my “day job” is on the computer, it is sometimes challenging to think about spending MORE time on the computer.
The ending is a bit abrupt … still much to learn!
I hope that a year from now, I can look at this and where I am then and say: “Ok, I learned some things!”

Liz- I loved this video!
It is fun to see the still photos I see on your Instagram and blog come to life. The baking segment is very calming and meditative.
I have a wonky vestibular system. I cannot count the times I’ve attempted to watch a video and ended up crawling out of my computer chair to try to make it to bed-/ your video was no problem for me.
I understand the dilemma of spending any more time in front of a screen. I hope you can find a happy
medium..
Steph, I thought of you as I reviewed the video and knowing from past comments that “motion” was an issue … I am so happy to hear that you were ok with this!!
And I am happy you enjoyed the baking part – I debated including, but it is so much a part of what I do.
Thank you so much for watching and for your feedback. Yes, I will find a balance :)
I really enjoyed that – seeing the baking, seeing the lush vegetation and most of all seeing Emmett and Oscar ‘live’. I hope you find the time or the inspiration to make more videos.
I’m glad you liked it, Margaret!! And I will make time for more videos. I want to try for one every two weeks. We’ll see how it goes.
